About Templerunapk.com
Templerunapk.com is an independent resource about Temple Run 2, the endless runner published by Imangi Studios. We are not affiliated with Imangi Studios, we do not work for them, and we have no commercial relationship with them.
The site exists because almost every page in this niche is written without anyone opening the file it describes. Version numbers get copied from other sites, filenames are trusted over manifests, and features are claimed because a competitor claimed them first.
How we verify what we publish
Before a package is written about, we read its manifest directly. That gives the real version name and code, the minimum and target Android versions, the exact byte size, and which processor architectures it carries. Where the manifest disagrees with the filename, the manifest wins and we say so on the page.
App ratings, review counts, install counts and update dates are read from the official Google Play listing on the day we publish, and the date is recorded. Game details such as map names and release dates are cross checked against the Temple Run Wiki.
Where we cannot verify something, we write that we cannot verify it. We would rather publish a shorter page than a confident guess.
What we will not do
- Invent download counts, ratings or version numbers
- Claim a build removes adverts or adds a mod menu without checking the package
- Hide the limitations of a modified build to make a download look better
- Host or distribute copyrighted material
